The research behind the product was written before its first line of code.
Sixty exchanges run by hand over close to a decade. Thirty documented case by case. Twenty-five institutions of mutual help compared across six centuries and five continents, on the same five questions.
The research identified seven ways they fail and eight things every survivor had in common. One hundred and fifty-eight pages were written before a line of product code.
The research is why the company’s refusals are short and absolute. Every one of them is a failure somebody else already had.
